16 Week Ultrasound

Fetal Development Milestones: Baby’s lower braches are actually well toned. Toenails are developing as well as your baby’s ears and eyes still transfer to the correct place. Face muscles are starting to operate.

17 Week Ultrasound

What You are Seeing: Within this image, the sonographer has marked the size of the femur (the leg bone). Out of this measurement, the sonographer can evaluate kids growth. Within the image around the right, you can observe the bones of each of the newborn’s calves.
18 Week Ultrasound: A Femeale Reveal
Fetal Size Length, 5 to five 1/2 “, crown to rump weight, 5 1/4 ounces.
Fetal Development Milestones: If you are getting a woman, her ovaries are developed.
What You are Seeing: Just a little girl! Figuring out your child-to-be’s gender is not easy. Within this image, searching between Baby’s legs, the sonographer can identify labia. Baby does not always cooperate throughout an ultrasound exam, but here, there is no mystery.
18 Week Ultrasound: Male Gender Reveal
Fetal Size: Length, 5 to five 1/2 “, crown to rump weight, 5 1/4 ounces
Fetal Development Milestones: Male genitalia still form.
What You are Seeing: It is a boy! Within this image, it’s nearly as when the baby is sitting lower, legs apart, to ensure that his gender is clearly visible. The sonographer can’t always determine a baby’s sex throughout an ultrasound exam (and, obviously, test is dependant on the healthiness of the fetus, not his gender). But here, you can observe the newborn’s penis in the heart of the image.
Child: How Genetics Determine Kids Gender
19 Week Ultrasound
Fetal Size: Length, 5 1/four to six inches, crown to rump weight, 7 ounces
Fetal Development Milestones: Legs and arms are actually well-developed as well as in proportion.

What You are Seeing: Using the baby-to-be crouched and the legs taken in toward his chest, you are able to almost see his complete profile. Pictures of the newborn’s system take time and effort since he’s greater than 8 inches long. He’s about to get a dramatic putting on weight within the coming days. For the time being, he’s still relatively thin.
24 Week Ultrasound
Fetal Size: Length, 8 1/2 “, crown to rump weight, 11/4 pounds

What You are Seeing: The look around the left shows a magnified look at the 4 chambers of the people-to-be’s heart. 27 Week Ultrasound

Fetal Development Milestones: Lung area are ongoing to build up, and also the liver is maturing. Baby’s defense mechanisms is strengthening.
What You are Seeing: Since the infant-to-be keeps growing quickly, it’s harder to obtain a complete profile within the womb (she just does not easily fit in the image any longer!).
