Minecraft xray ultimate texture pack 1.17/1.16.5/1.12.2 is fundamentally better than Xray mods, and it may be used by anybody who need it in a discreet manner. Ores and generally mineral blocks are blatantly highlighted in a large way, as demonstrated in the photos.
Pick up Optifine or Nightvision
Pick up Optifine in especially for the lovely additional nightvision effect, or so they thought. Turn off smooth lighting so you can see the buried ores in general.
In a subtle fashion, monster blocks (silver fish blocks) have a red square on them. The texture is generated from the redstone block, thus it should work with most packs (however, contrary to common opinion, if the target pack contains a very unique redstone block, the square might not be as evident as it is by default).
Use Optifine in a generally major way. OR Nightvision in a subtle way. (If you generally want to for all intents and purposes see hidden ores, which basically is quite significant)

Xray Ultimate Resource Pack
For those who require it, Xray Ultimate Resource Pack for Minecraft 1.17 in 2021 now available. As shown in the photos, ore and mineral blocks are prominently displayed. If you want to improve your night vision, pick some Optifine. Turn off smooth lighting as well so you can view the buried ores. It’s a much easier to use than X-ray Mod, so get it before you do something dumb. It’s making a comeback, and with all new features and a sharper vision to see through things, it won’t let you down. There won’t be much of an issue running X-Ray Ultimate at a normal resolution of 16x, which is identical to the vanilla textures.

How to Minecraft xray texture pack install:
- You should get a.zip file if you download a resource bundle.
- Open the folder where you saved the file after downloading it.
- Copy the.zip file to your computer.
- Start Minecraft.
- Select “Options,” then “Resource Packs” from the drop-down menu.
- Select “Open resource pack folder” from the drop-down menu.
- Copy the.zip file and paste it into the resource pack folder.
